The September 2012 $250 technology grant has been awarded to David Hale for his video cameras in the kitchen classroom proposal. David plans on recording kitchen demonstrations. He says:

These short videos can then be reviewed by students online. This would give students an additional resource for learning technique. I would like to develop an individual practical test that could be recorded and then discussed with the student during the follow-up.
